His deep operational knowledge and strategic insight make him a trusted voice for fire department leaders navigating this change. In this webinar, Bill will share practical strategies, lessons learned, and the critical benefits of NERIS for improving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and community safety.
Jennifer Billingsley
Product Manager for Fire, ESO
Jennifer Billingsley serves as the Product Manager for Fire at ESO, focusing on solutions for fire departments and emergency services nationwide. With expertise in product strategy and collaboration, she contributes to initiatives like NERIS and FIRE TGU, aligning technical development with practical needs. Based in Austin, TX, Jenn has previously worked as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, and before ESO, she was a Business Analyst in the property and casualty insurance field. In her current role, she manages Fire Incidents, Properties & Inspections, Hydrants, Permits, and Fire Product APIs.

Captain Nicosia is a suppression Captain with the Cary Fire Department and serves as their NFIRS Program Manager.
